I joined Inland Pelvic Health and Physical Therapy in January 2021, beginning my journey into pelvic health. Prior to IPHPT, I spent 3 years in outpatient physical therapy to better understand the function of the entire body. Starting in 2024, I have specialized more deeply into the aspects of sex and sexuality and now integrate that knowledge into all of my treatments. I believe that health and happiness go hand in hand with fulfilling relationships between yourself, your body, and the self and body of your partners. Sex counseling is one way of looking at those relationships, determining what is working, and what could be changed to make those connections more satisfying.
After traveling and moving around quite a lot, (Arizona, Germany, Western Washington, Southern Idaho) I am happy to have landed in the Pacific Northwest. I spend much of my free time enjoying the beautiful outdoors. In the summer, you can find me kayaking, or hiking with my dog, Juniper. In the colder months, I’m indoors crafting, ballroom dancing, or baking! I still get to do quite a bit of traveling, as my family remains very scattered.
